Renault — RENAULT KWID clutch motor failure

Would like to share and escalate an horrifying experience my family had to experience due to faulty part in Renault car we own. We had to tow the car to Renault Whitefield in Bangalore.

The car is less than 5 years old and approximately 30k driven. The car just broke down in the middle of the road due to faulty clutch motor. My question is how can a clutch motor fail like this ???

I was supposed to drive this same car next day to Mangalore and knowing the roads there was no way I would have got help.

I had taken the car to service center and this was one of the issues reported, starting trouble but no action was taken then.

If this was diagnosed 3 months back we could have saved this trauma.

Am not going to pay for any of these faulty parts and need the car up and running delivered asap.

Please do the needful to reinstore our faith in Renault.
