[Resolved]  Renault — Renault Kwid damaged automatic clutch motor

My wife owns a Automatic Renault Kwid 1.0 RXT which has crossed 4 years on 15th July 2021. So as per them the extended warranty expired after 4 years. I still have a easy care program for service which I bought 2 years back.
Last month i did the service of the vehicle at Verna service center in Goa and they said everything was ok then.

When I went to the market. After finishing my work when I went to start the car it didn't start and gave an error code on the display. The car had to be towed to the service station at Renault service station in Verna Goa.

The service technician there told me that the clutch Motor is damaged and needs to be replaced which is costing Rs. 21000. So expensive spares. He said lot of cars of Kwid have same issues. How is that the automatic clutch Motor gone bad only after 4 years. Why the customer should pay for it and should be replaced by the company for free, since the car is only 4 years old.

My car is still with Verna service center in Goa. Awaiting to be serviced and delivered.

Car bought on 14th July 2018 and 4 years completed on 14th July 2022.

Note that in my complain 4 years completed in 2022 and not 2021

Indeed true my car also been broke down.. Bought the car in 2018..only 50, 000km done.. And clutch motor gone and has asked to change the motor for Rs.24, 000/- Such a crapy brand Renault.. The exhaust system also recently got broke due to it's low to low grade quality and replaced same.. Regarding the clutch motor it's too expensive and the company need to change it for free
