[Resolved] Renault — Renault KWID RTX starter motor failing frequently. 4th Time replacing the same by service center and faulty motor on vehicle.

I purchased a Renault KWID RTX vehicle on Jan 2016, after my first service at Mysore road service center the starter motor is continuously failing every 2 month once. This is the 4th time my vehicle is in service center and they took more than a week to replace the same. When the motor is failing, I will see a lot of smoke coming out of engine side. If it catches fire god only can save us. It is a petrol vehicle and catching the fire is very easy, whom to blame for this faulty motors in the vehicle. I submitted my complaint to renault company & i got only corrective action and there is no preventive action at all. Till today i have not got the root cause analysis for the same.
