I bought a new car, Renault Kwid RXL Petrole EASY-R 1.0L from Anamallais Motors Pvt Ltd, Tirupur, Tamilnadu, India on 9th November 2020,
Within 1 year this new car was breakdown 3 times on the road only runs 7638kms . 1st time breakdown happened in just 10days only runs 790kms, then car was tow and repaired in Anamallais Motors Private Ltd, Thanjavur. Again in July 2021 after runs 5568kms same problem(breakdown) happened again tow and again repaired by same Thanjavur service station. Now after runs of 7638ksm on 13th November 2021 again breakdown, again tow and now car is in Thanjavur service station.
I sent compliant to Renault customer care and compliant register number is ID[protected] on 15th November 2021. I asked reasons for breakdown, what corrective action they did for 1st and 2nd breakdown. If they make correct repair 3rd breakdown should not happen, Hence I ask them to repay for my car. But so for I have not received any replay from them even after I sent reminder on 18th November 2021. Instead of this local dealer pressure me to take delivery of car simply say problem solved. New car buyers please be aware about poor quality customer service of Renault India and their cars. Was this information helpful? |
