[Resolved]  Renault — Renault service delay /parts unavailability

My kwid vehicle met with accident on 31Mar22 in outskirts of chennai, causing damages to the rear side of the vehicle, but it was drivable and i dropped the vehicle in the OMR reynault service on the same day evening. Insurance was with ICICI lombard and was renewed and valid on date. Surveyor initially delayed and finally approved.
Now the vehicle is not repaired so far citing reynault parts unavailability though renault having a manufacturing facility and spare shops in chennai. I dont know how long will it take to get the parts and complete the work, but i have little disappointed and worried over the longer waiting period of my vehicle. Service people is clueless about when they will parts... Really surprising to see how renault is struggling in handling parts and logistics between their factories, mfg plants and their authorized service centers. These kind of issues will definitely impact and plays an important role when customers choosing their new renault and replacing their old ones to new.
Kindly provide assistance in getting the required parts(RFloor) to the service centre asap. And deliver my car asap.
