Renault — Service not satisfactory

I am a owner of duster top model petrol version. My second free service done on 7 mar'16. As per 2nd servicing engine oil should be changed but due to lac of oil filter they dint changed the engine oil as well as oil filter. I was told they will order the parts and inform me once they receive parts. But no body called me up till 15 th may. (More than 2 month). Then i finally visit the service center and talked to the service manager ;after his inteference only they took th booking and did what all required...
