Renault — Service standards

Am using renault since november 2012... It's almost 4 years now... But till this given day ur service standards are same old very pathetic & unprofessional... U need 3-5 days to give appointment to take vehicle for service... And when you deliver back the vehicle... It's not that satisfactory as i get in toyota (I own fortuner also).& volkswagan.. Ur people are not trained well on customer interaction... U irritate the customer to the fullest... I had enough torture from u people... Becoz o[censored]r service standards... U are losing sales... Even maruti people receive well when we visit there showroom/service center... Its high time guys...Increase ur service centres & ur service standards...

R sir i purchage kwid rxt, on 17 jun, but delar can, t give me registration no, delar address is kailash colony renault showroom new delhi, i complant renault coustomer cair no, but they are not able solve that problem, so i request u plz. help me.thanks
