Car was purchase on April 2018, at approx. Km 9000 In Jan 2020 when I left car idle due to my vacation I found that steering was jam...after 3 visits in next 2 months to service station Narol, Ahmedabad... finally they accepted that steering tightness problem was there and replaced steering rack since it was under warranty.
Now (27 Dec 2021) in similar fashion I left vehicle idle for 7 days and found that steering get tight...next day itself mechanic visited and found that everything is in order...Car was taken to service station on 29 Dec 2021 and returned me on 30thDec 2021 and informed that no issues was noticed in my car...but dear Renault Its displeasure to inform you that issue has not been resolved... please clarify me what's goes wrong when vehicle left idle for some time. I never ever seen or heard such kind of issue... please take up this matter with your R&D team and revert...this vehicle is registered on the name of Government of Gujarat and we have another 7 duster cars registered but never faced such issue.
