Goodday! I bought a kwid "RXT" Automatic ( test drive car) from Vibrant Motors, A, J, C Bose road, Kolkata, Westbengal, India. I was informed the car will be serviced and existing damages would be taken care of before the final delivery is made. As I was suffering from Covid i had to postpone my delivery and due to prolonged covid complications, the delivery was taken by my relative finally in the month of june ( due to state lockdown ).
Till this stage i have always faced good cooperation, behaviour and timely handling of things from the dealers.
When i got the car I faced some issues
1. White patches on the seat
2. The ceiling had dirty patches
3. Driver Seat, seat belt was damaged
4. The car viewed 300 kms o[censored]se after my booking date
5. Delivery date mentioned on papers was not the date when it was delivered
6. The pre delivery inspection slip did not have a dealers seal and signature
7. The first free service was done during delivery ( i was informed as it was a test drive car, that was the protocal. i agreed) but the service coupon/ slip was blank.Hence i believe that no servicing was done of the car before delivery.
8. The head board behind the back seat was missing. I was informed it was due to the demo car status. I want a cofirmation.
9. The second set of car keys were never handed over to me .
10. I have taken pictures of the damages and repeatedly sent whatsapp and informed the dealers but there is no solution, and in return got negligence and poor telephonic communication.
I have used Renault car previously in India and abroad and was very happy with the brand. Sir with a heavy heart and great dissatisfaction i write this complaint after nearly one month of delivery of the car and repeatedly informing the dealers.
