Benchmark service Center thane kajupada again proves that they can add another unsatisfied customer to their list . I will not highlight the issue as I am tired of it . I had complained last time . I was charged a hefty 20 K rs for services and don’t feel the worth of it .
The net effect is that I will move out of my choice of Renault vehicle and will not resort to any Renault Vehicle as my new purchase as I was looking at buying Triber
Thanks to Benchmark Sevice Center Kajupada for providing a huge unsatisfactory customer experience since last 3 years consistently . Ideally I should be asking a refund but I know at times even companies like Renault might require money to sustain and guys like Benchmark are your collection agents to raise sustain funds .
Are you sure your Cusat is 78% or is it fabricated ?
To sum up all you have lost a loyal customer and trust me I will dissuade people from buying Renault vehicles as I have lost money by investing in a brand like Renault .
I think you are unable to manage this as a Company . Utterly disappointed
