Hello Renault Team,
This is Parag Patil holding Renault Duster vehicle since 1.8 years . Vehicle number is – MH14 EP9038.
I have very strong and serious concern about the service provided by M/s Unnati Vehicles Pvt Ltd, Pune . This is very surprising for me that the service center in Pimpri Chinchwad ( Pune Maharashtra ) is not able to resolve problem of water leakage though I have handed over my vehicle for 3 times in service center ( 7 working days )
In fact there is no courtesy to the Service Manager to get himself involved in such customer complaints, I have spent lot of time in that service center but no one was attending me and that’s the reason I am totally fed up and frustrated. In addition to this, Problem is yet unsolved and no one has asked me feedback after service.
They have opened dashboard and all seats of my car and now some sound is coming from dashboard. Button of temperature and flow adjustment of A/c not working as well as complete interior of vehicle is became very dirty because o[censored]nskilled operators used for solving water leakage issue. This is bonus given by service center in addition to unsolved water leakage problem.
Behavior of supervisors and Manager is also too worst to discuss.
I was working with Renault – Nissan ( RNTBCI ) Chennai few years back and I was the part of manufacturing team but was never expected that Renault will finalize such kind of service centers who cannot have ability to solve small problems.
Request you to pls look in to it before my complete car gets rusty.
