This is very disappointing that such a well renowned company "Renault" has been so unprofessional to my family in India This is the first time my family decided to go with new brand and wow what a rude response from customer care. So, in India we were traveling and there was heavy rainfall and guess we noticed water had entered thru back trunk completely our luggage was wet. We have always been buying Maruti, Toyota, and multiple other brands which are much better and professional when it comes to customer service. I can say customer service is their first priority. We were highly surprise to know that something like this could happen to brand new car. After multiple attempts to the dealer we haven't heard single positive response that clearly rings the bell that something is wrong with car or people working there. Why would any body fix their brand new car???
We are highly upset with Renault and the service provided by them. I even wrote mails to top management of Renault but we haven't received any response. Renault service, owners attitude is very very bad and disappointing. Please think once before buying any Renault car.
I request you all to share this post as much as possible and atleast save people from buying this faulty car.
