I had the worst experience today with Renault call center after staying 14 minutes waiting for someone to answer to get my radio code for my newly bought fluence; the guy who answered me (too helpless) telling me i will check and I will call you back (2 times on hold of checking and getting back) and finally returned back to me with oops your car number is not listed on the system; you have to go to the maintenance hub to activate the radio!!!????? 30 minutes and my request is not done!!!
Given the feast holiday; the hub wouldn't open until Thursday!!!
So I asked the guy that I wanted to file a complaint; simply the guy "Ahmed Mohamed" (worst service ever) told me we don't escalate that kind of complaints!!! This is not listed!!! You can add your recommendation on the website. Worst experience ever. Renault gives very poor service. #renault gives the worst service

Why the complication?!!! Why a code to activate the radio of a newly bought car and to be fetched through the call center and the system is in the call center might not be updated!!! Why not to have it directly within the catalogue or to be activated automatically!!! Why the complication...why!!! Worst provider ever; I had 2 cars from Chevrolet and both were pretty easy to use and very simple service... No more Renault..worst car provider!!! Was this information helpful? |
