[Resolved] Rentomojo — Bed not getting picked up despite multiple calls to customer care

I had placed for closure of subscription of my bed, mattress and side table on 23 july. I was assured that the products would be picked up on 1st august. I received no communication till 1st. Even on 1st i had to call them for them to let me know that the pickup was not happening, no reason explained. Since then i have been calling them daily but to no avail. Everyday i am asked the same thing that i will receive a call for pickup schedule. I have to vacate the flat but i feel helpless in what to do.

Today I received a call from the rentomojo team stating that the pickup will be scheduled in 2 days from now.
