This company “resume to fill” has sent me a warning mail, with an invoice of Rs5900/- which says if I do not pay off this portal charge then legal actions will be taken against me. In the mail, they have mentioned to sent legal notice to my postal address and also warned me that they got my PAN and Aadhar number, and so they can affect my CIBIL very badly and also I might face problems in transactions with my bank account. They made me signed a digital agreement where it says that if the submitted work is not 90% accurate then I need to pay them Rs5000+GST. Moreover I had already paid them Rs.2500/- in the name of this stupid portal charges or whatever they call it. Please suggest me what should I do.
