Respected sir/madam
I live in mumbai in santacruz east, five days back 20 rickshaw's refuse to ferry from santacruz west to the east... I had gone to pick up my nephew from the school at 5:30 pm and waited for half an hour to get a rickshaw... As they serve as a public transport they have no rights to refuse the passenger...
