I hired an auto rickshaw, gj 6 0703 (Jp 245) from atladara to vadodara railway station. The auto driver was rude and unprofessional. He unnecessarily took a longer route in the pretext of shorter road being closed. During the entire ride he was talking on phone. When i asked him to put down the phone, he started abusing me and even made communal remarks about my religion. At the end he didn't even drop me at correct stop, he dropped way outside the station. I had to walk all the way to platform with heavy luggage. Please take necessary action.
