I booked a ticket from Delhi to Surat, also check with Rishabh Travels about the Bus and they confirmed that yes we have a bus service. My frnd boarded the bus from Delhi(Dhaula Kuan) and then once they reach Udaypur then Bus conductor told that from here we have a different bus and that bus will be going to Surut. After 15 minutes conductor told that, the bus for Surat has been cancelled so we will provide you bus for Ahmadabad only. so just imagine now how we feel about the services. Its batter to go by taking General ticket rather than taking this poor Rishabh Travel bus., they only know how to cheat. The most unacceptable thing is they are not ready to share driver number as i just scared about the safety of my frnd. the whole travel from this bus service was horrible.
