No curtains on the passage side. Conductor told me that curtains are gone for washing. He also told me that curtains are not needed. Driver told me if curtains are not available then should we tear our clothes and provide you with curtains. Are they mad or Rishabh travels do not know how to deal in customer service industry. Also one person is sleeping at the floor and I getting only half a place to step and go outside. They didn't turned off the light either whole night. This is the worst service I have got from any travels so far.
