Sir, i have been travelling since jan 2016 from kumbakonam to bangalore- monthly once . i got down many time at madiwala bus stop to proceed further to my destination. this time the driver has not only obliged also misbehaved with me when i try to explain the previous occasions how earlier drivers obliged. however he did not listen anything and said i was creating a scene. when i wanted to report this ugly word used by him to the management he said he would not care anybody.
i don't expect you would take action against him, but please advice your drivers to speal politely with the passengers. Was this information helpful? |
