Bus pick up at yesterday nit 9 clock(4/01/22)
But still i m travelling to banglore now time (5/01/22) morning 8:43 am..worst worst worst worst bus ever I travelled before..so plz improve your passenger satisfaction or close your travels company

Staff not behaving properly.. Also if you wants to get down nearby your hometown area or destination area in untime, they will not drop you strictly and rude as well.. Got this bad experience multiple times. Better to avoid booking this RKT travels.

bus route Kumbakonam to Bangalore.
My journey started from Trichy to Hosur.
From Trichy itself, the bus had the oil leaking smell and when we are about to reach Kulithalai.. the bus was about to catch fire...
very poor bus condition and poor customer service.
The bus would about to catch fire because of poor maintenance...
Very worst service and bus condition...
No refund is also not provided...

I have booked bus from pudukottai to vellore and the bus boarding time was 9.15pm but the reached pudukottai at 10.10pm. That bus is not direct bus from pudukottai to vellore. They instruct us that we should get down in trichy then they will change us to another bus to vellore. We were waiting till 12clck then his came. If they don't have direct his from pudukottai to vellore, why they're booking tickets from pudukottai to vellore. We suffered lot.

I booked rkt travels bus in a abibus.in to travel from bangalore to salem. My stoping point was at silk board and the bus departure time was at 8:45 pm. I reached the stop at 8:00pm itself. There was noone in the office. It was a diwali season (28/10/16). I called the travel office and asked them when the bus will arrive. They told that the bus is in deport we will take the bus from deport with in 15min. After 30min another one time i called them and asked they told that not to disturb we will call u when it creaches. No one have called me after that. When i called green after them after that no one had answered the call. Atlast at 10:30pm the took the call and told that the bus has gone.

Sir, i have been travelling since jan 2016 from kumbakonam to bangalore- monthly once . i got down many time at madiwala bus stop to proceed further to my destination. this time the driver has not only obliged also misbehaved with me when i try to explain the previous occasions how earlier drivers obliged. however he did not listen anything and said i was creating a scene. when i wanted to report this ugly word used by him to the management he said he would not care anybody.

i don't expect you would take action against him, but please advice your drivers to speal politely with the passengers.

I am Arjun residing Trichy First time i am Travelling from Trichy to Bangalore in RKT @10:30 AC Sleeper on May 16th 2016, there was a heavy rain the water is leaking inside the bus through AC panel. I just complaint to Booking office but no response at all. I travelled the whole night without any sleep. Really i am upset with RKT Tour & Travels Transport. Please take some action against RKT Tours and Travels.
