Same problem. I'm in Chennai. I booked an Interceptor 650 downtown drag on March 29th, 2021 from rudraa motors, Anna Nagar, Chennai. Its been, 6 months. No word from the dealer and royal Enfield. I received unofficial information that they are running short of components to fulfill the production demand. But I am surprised to see that they are able to release a new model despite these shortages.
A very irresponsible customer service. I am surprised to see that this is the case for customers in Maharashtra as well. So this appears to be the case across the country. One could only imagine how many such people like us have booked a vehicle pay 10, 000/- and not bothering to deliver the product.
Pathetic ethics.

Same problem bro
Booked on 1st Mar 2021 and yet no was on deliver date. Now the latest update from customer support is middle of Nov 2021. Just imagining if something goes wrong after purchase, what will happen to the parts. It looks like Royal Enfield are royally taking royal time to deliver...

What's frustrating is neither the company nor the Delear communicate about further delays.
I booked the 650 on 20th Apr-21, after giving a 3 months deadline, they communicated another deadline for 15 days.
Now when I email or call them, they say they don't know a tentative timeline.
How's that possible in today's world with so much logistical tracking.
And such a service before sales for a bike retailing over 3lac rs?
