Respected sir / madam
Within 4 Months my abs modulator got complained (abs light continuously on) and I am facing serious issues with my brakes.
I had approached the service center Nasik (Ostwal Auto, a Royal Enfield Service Center in Nashik and mention every time particular this issue
1 issue JOB CARD- RJC[protected] –[protected]abs light continuously on)
2 ND JOB CARD – RJC000615CD[protected]abs light continuously on)
3 - JOB CARD – RJC000615DE04129 –[protected]abs light continuously on)
4 – JOB CARD –RJC000615FG[protected]abs light continuously on)
5 – JOB CARD –RJC000615GH[protected]abs light continuously on)
6 –Current JOB CARD – RJC 000615HI[protected]abs light continuously on)
And All times they informed to me every time all ok …
Now they informed me that I had to replace the complete set abs modulator which will cost about 16000 rupees!!!
I am completely confused what to do. I am very much disappointed on this. Buying my first bike and having a major complaint within 4 months it was very heartbreaking for a true bike lover. Due to this issue I had to stop riding my bullet and i had also cancelled many trips. Spending 18 k just for front brakes (ABS) is not affordable for me. This is the Royal Enfield quality of spare parts and past 3 years we are waiting, now they are saying Out of Warranty!!
I hope that concerned authorities will look into my matter seriously and find means to it.
Otherwise i am going to consumer court…
