Order #ROY00106762 was taken stating will be delivered in 4 days i.e by 27th may which turned out to be fake. They did it just to take the order an sleep over money i paid upfront. Later their executive calls and says rather blames their logistic team and tries to wash off this saying that he is just a mediator. Do royal oak employ such unprofessionals ?
Anyways it was assure that it will be delviered by 31st and then again postponed to 1st June and today when i myself wrote to check the status they say it will delayed by 5 days again . I dont what in the world calls for such a pathetic approach towards customers . Have written to them to cancel the order and refund my money and apparently till now there hasnt been any response nor a call . Was this information helpful? |
