A coffee table was purchased by me on 24th april, 2019. At the time of delivery i. E. 30th april, 2019, the coffee table was in and an extreme damage condition, we had to get it replaced.

After a lot of follow up and calling several people repeatedly, the coffee table was replaced on 21st may, which was again in a damage condition. After almost one month we received the same thing in a horrible condition!
This led to the replacement process all over again. We were told the table would again be replaced after 2 days i. E. 23rd may.
We have still not received the coffee table till date i. E. 1st june, 2019.
Even after complaining to customer care of royal oak, they wanted to service the 2nd table delivered!! Why will any customer buy a new product which has to be ‘serviced’ even before using it!!
This was extremely disappointing. We are simply dissatisfied with the services offered and requested to refund the entire amount which was paid for the coffee table almost 1.5 months in advance!
If a product isn’t delivered for so long refund should be allowed!!
I hope other customers do not go through the same poor and horrible purchase experience. Purchasing a coffee table should not take so long! Further i will not refer royal oak to anyone and will also share my experience to necessary people in social media. I will never suggest to anyone to buy anything from them. This is a means of cheating customers! Seems they are highly trained how to cheat customer and telling lie. Was this information helpful? |
