Firstly, the product quality is very poor as lot of damages found and reported to the showroom. There are very frequent issues in just 4 months for which the complaints raised, but all tickets are just closed by them without attending to it. Finally, I got a response after posting negative review on website buy with no proper solution given even after 4 weeks. Meantime, they had taken back the material and not they are saying no refund/replacement will be given. Was this information helpful? |
