Royaloak Furniture — product not delivered since 2 months

Ordered a tv stand at royal oak kukatpally 2months back and still have not received the product which they have promised to deliver in a week time. It was really a big mistake of ours for making a purchase at royal oak as we could have got a similar product at a similar price within a day anywhere else. Very poor logistics management and customer service. Our deep regrets for purchasing the product at royal oak
