I applied for learner's license for mcwg and lmv. When i went for learner's test at rto they said that in my application both sides of address proof are not uploaded. Now at this stage application can't be edited. When i asked for refund they told a lengthy and time consuming process and didn't show any support for this might be because being a government official they don't bother to help the customers. Whatever be the reason now i want my money back.
