Dear sir,
I have applied for learner's licence from the portal parivhan.gov.in, and my application number is[protected],
It's been more than 4 months since I applied and still my learner's licence is not issued, i have selected online kyc and submitted all my documents, and paid fees of 350 rupees, i am facing too much problems regarding, my application is still pending at RTO level and even after 4 months there is no response...

I submitted an application for new learning license of MCWG on 13/09/21 .. through online portal of Ministry of ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAY...I applied through aadhar card and we dont need to visit RTO for document verification if we apply through aadhar .Then i received a sms that i will be having a test on 15/09/21,
Which never happened ... Its been like 2 months and i am waiting for the response ..We all...

I applied for learner's license for mcwg and lmv. When i went for learner's test at rto they said that in my application both sides of address proof are not uploaded. Now at this stage application can't be edited. When i asked for refund they told a lengthy and time consuming process and didn't show any support for this might be because being a government official they don't bother to help the customers.
