Ruby Hospital — billing process take 6 hours

Hi team, my grand mother is hospitalized in ruby hall. Doctor asked to complete discharge formalities. We informed concerned department to initiate the process at 11 am and till now which is 4:30 pm the billing team is not able to relieve us with th documentation process. When asked they are talking very arrogantly and asking me to wait for another 1 hour. It reminds me of the movie munnabhai mbbs. Ruby hall certainly need to improve our services and try to understand everyone's sentiment as well.
