S B I ATM Card — Non delivery of atm card

I have applied for an atm debit card in place of lost card. I have an sb account at sbh, malkajgiri west branch, secunderabad 500047. I have received an sms stating that the card has been dispatched via speed post no.Aq[protected]in on 19-2-16. Till today i have neither received the card nor track this speed post cover at speed post portal. There is no record.
However the pin has reached the branch on 22-2-16.
I request you to let me know the correct status. It is more than one month since i applied for the card.

Sir, maine 24-7-15 ko sbbj jhalawar me new ATM card ke liye apply kiya tha but ATM card aaj tak nahi mila

Dear sir, I have open a saving a/c on dt 12.5.2015. I have received cheque book on dt 19.5.15. But, till not any information about ATM and pin. Kindly provide the detail about when I will received. regards Harikrishnan
