S B I ATM Card Complaints & Reviews

I have applied for an atm debit card in place of lost card. I have an sb account at sbh, malkajgiri west branch, secunderabad 500047. I have received an sms stating that the card has been dispatched via speed post no.Aq[protected]in on 19-2-16. Till today i have neither received the card nor track this speed post cover at speed post portal. There is no record.
However the pin has reached the branch on 22-2-16.
