Sabarmati Gas — bill cycle without consumption

Our sabarmati gas costmerid no.[protected] visnagar. Last eight months our house is in clossed condition. I think the minimum bill period awited but without any consumption in month feb-2020 the billing amount is rs 324/- which is not berable by us. Pl convey how bill is comes. My name is Mahendra Salvi from Modasa .
My whole building has started using this gas service whereas it is not even installed at my house.
I have contacted the service agent at Modasa twice and he always says that it will be done in 2 days but that day never came.
