Sabarmati Gas — connection is still not started

Hello sir, my customer no is[protected] residential at a-804, shrifal heights, kudasan, gandhjnagar. My complaint is that" my lpg connection is still not started, your officer say me that nearly 10 to 12 days we start connection. I already shift here with my family as per your officer given time. I already submitted all necessary document at your kudsasan, gandinagar office on 11/10/2018 but connection is still not started...
