I have received the reply (my customer id:[protected] for sabarmati gas) for my previous compliant, for not registered,
Reply says my e-mail address is there, but i am not able to log in for online payment. hence for this time i have paid in cash.
Let us correct, so i need not complaint again.
Yet i am not able to log in, (i am noting my id no & password,)
The massage appears: account information incorrect. please try again.
Please guide; what are the steps left to be submitted?

I am customer of Sabramati Gas.i had payment through imobile app and selected wrong company name gspc instead of Sabramati Gas and amount already deducted from my account.

After my father's death on 10/2/22 I have transfer the sabarMati gas connection to my name by submitting the stamp of name RAVAL APURVAKUMAR HASMUKHPRASAD to sgl office himatnagar but still in the bill the name shown is APURVAKUMAR HASMUKHPRASAD RAVAL, To solve this query I go to sgl office Himatnagar during correction of this by mistake the name entered in the system is RAVAL HASMUKHPRASAD APURVAKUMAR Which is totally wrong Mr. Hasmukhprasad is already dead kindly do correct measure regarding now a days the name in bill shown RAVAL HASMUKHPRASAD APURVAKUMAR, BY Changing to new correct Name RAVAL APURVAKUMAR HASMUKHPRASAD.
SECOND QUERY IS Regarding address shown in bill:101, janakpuri Society, khed Tasiya Road, khed Tasiya road, Himatnagar 383001. This address does no match to our document proof electricity bill address which is 101, JANAKPURI SOCIETY, JALARAM MANDIR ROAD, HIMATNAGAR. Due to this mismatch we are facing many problems. Regarding documetation of legal work. We can't put our gas bill as a residential proof. So, kindly correct our residential address from present one to 101, JANAKPURI SOCIETY, JALARAM MANDIR ROAD, HIMATNAGAR 383001

The office staff told us that ur address can't change. And for correction in name they told us to come after 2 months (I.e.after next bill generation) .but sir 2 month time is too long for us. Kindly do all necessary actions regarding this my matter.
