Safari Bag — defective trolley and after submission all proof also, no one answering

Hi, i have purchased safari trolley bag from bangalore, very pathetic service from customer care, first of all their Customer care contact no call is forwarded to some other no, once they receive the call than they will not able to answer properly and they asked the proof for not working i have visited their shop and the shop keeper checked and sent an official mail saying its product is defective .. after that i again i have called now they are asking do the video and send it...

they are just dont want replace for that they are doing all drama and where i have been expalined five years warranty and all... they have done testing ...

just fake add... and no one is responding properly .. its not even two year completed

Please let me know how to resolve this ...
