Jaihind sir, i was purchased a trolley bag of safari from jodhpur air force canteen on 23sep18 (Under warranty). Now i am serving in panagarh air force. The bag has torn from handle where the company claim the additional reinforcement is given. I raised the complaint no-sr 016567 23jul19 for replacement. But they didn't take any action.
