Dear Team / Sir / Mam,
I am facing a defect in a material issue with my product. I had purchased this product for comfort travelling purposes but we faced so many issues while traveling with this product.
ZIP is not properly working and ZIP is installed by safari in the product and safari should take this responsibility to resolve this issue.
now completely zip damaged of bag.
I am attaching again and again the images and video and invoice of the same to safari. but did not resolving the issue.
I raised my complaint 3 times ( Complaint No. - 163559, 166450, 166434 ) regarding this product material problem but the Safari team without any reason They are not solving my problem and closing my complaint,
Safari should take full responsibility and solve my problem.

As Discussed with Mr. Nishatnt ranjan Sir ( [protected] ), he assured me and even he reverted mail on my old complaint to resolve this issue, despite that no one even thought it necessary to reply, neither listening to my problem seriously nor solving.
Plz provide me the mail ID of CEO & MD to raise my voice to higher authority.
