Safe Packers And Movers — bill invoice, money receipt and insurance bill not received

Address: Plot No 624, Ground Floor, Block A, Rangpuri ExtnDelhi - 110037

I had booked my household goods from delhi on 30.04.19 and the goods reached in mumbai on 04.05.19. I have not received any bill, money receipt or the insurance bill till date. I had remiited rs. 20, 000/- through online and rs. 36, 000/- thru neft. Moreover rs. 2, 500/- cash was given to the supervisor at delhi.
The insurance amount was charged rs. 9, 000/- but i could not claim any amount as i did not have the bill.

Kindly arrange to send me the bill and money receipt at my residence in mumbai.
