My Car Santro Xing GL plus was picked from Bengaluru under Transport Manager - Pratap Singh by taking full DOOR - TO - DOOR Car Delivery charges on 15th Oct, 21 and delivered to Delhi today after extreme delay of 20 days on 3rd Nov, 21. Even, I was asked DOOR - TO - DOOR Car delivery but I have been charged extra Rs. 310/- by driver at the time of hand over my Car which must be refunded immediately.
Condition of my Car has been worst as Steering handle has been torn mostly. Further, some of my placed equipments and items (Shell - Coolant bottle worh Rs. 350/- etc.) inside the Car has been stolen as I couldn't get them at the time of hand over by the driver.
Further, the attitude and behaviour of the Transport Manager regarding Car delivery status was extremely bad as he never addressed my concerns and inconvenience due to delay and non - delivery of my Car. I would like to complaint against him and his involved Team for my damaged and used delivered Car as Taxi/Cab during this period and hence must refund that estimated cost as my compensation.
