I was cheated by safe shop agent. We are not aware of it is a direct marketing company. Agent misguided and forced us to buy package worth 8000/- around.
Payment is done within a week i sent a mail to safe shop grievance mail id's no one replied for my email even after continuous follow up in mails.
June 13th i have ordered a package but till now not received goods which against agent promised within 10 days goods delivered.
At final i tried customer care centre after many rings call is connected and the executive informed us covid time no return goods simply answered. When i did not receive goods as per given commitment how should i accept your condition? When i did not touch goods how covid rules applicable. Till now no clarity when they will dispatch goods. However, i am now fed off this service and response. I am not ready to accept goods.. Looking for refund my amount (Invoice no: p. No retail order no 743035)
