[Resolved] Safexpress — Service and material damaged.

I wanted to let you know that even after I mentioned our materials were getting damaged before, the latest order still got damaged despite us taking extra precautions by packing it more securely and using fragile tape. This is the fifth time I've had to deal with upset clients because of Safexpress. One client even said that their name doesn't match their service. We can't keep using this service and we're going to spread the word on social media about the poor service provided by Safe Express. It's just not reliable at all.
