Sal Hospital — experience letter

I am devanshi goswami worked at sal hospital from dec. 21st 2017 to aug. 5th 2019 as a staff nurse in step down sicu.

5th august 2019 was my last working day in sal and when i completed my no dues i was asking a experiance letter and reliaving letter management told me that we are not providing exp. Letter who employee has not completed 3 years in our organization.

When i was joined no one can told me about this even i did not get any written letter about this rule.

So i request to management to provide me my exp. Letter and realiving letter as soon as possible otherwise i will complain against you in consumer court.
