I manisha vanik (Khristi) have been employed as a staff nurse at sal hospital from 01.05.2008 to 30.09.2013. My uan number is[protected]. I filled out form-19 for epf money and my money has been deposited in the bank. But if the online form is filled in to fill out form-10 for the pending withdrawal, the date of joining (Eps) and date of leaving (Eps) on the side of epfo from the sal hospital is not claimed.
Special mention to you, that adding the date of joining (Eps) to the side of the epfo has been introduced frequently by phone and mail to the hospital. However, they do not put the date of joining (Eps) on the side of the epfo. And now the staff of the hospital don't even pick up our phone and cut it off immediately if we have to. So we does not know who to introduce in this regard. This has led to the difficulty of getting the money out of our pf balance. So humbly request you to give proper guidance on this.
