We signed a contract on 16.07.2021 with Sales In Market, post online discussion with MD Mr. Anand Naik and subsequently made payment of Rs.31, 930/- towards Digital Marketing Services.
Post this payment he has stopped responding to our calls and only replying on chats with false promises. He has not arranged any meeting with his strategy team which he has promised from day one . Till date he has not delivered anything and what we have experienced is highly unprofessional communication and attitude which is contrast to his confident and professional attitude before signing the contract.
Everyday he is giving us new reasons and promises but not ready to refund. He is liable to refund our funds as he has not delivered anything till date.
