Hello, Global Solutions. Really appreciate you for giving us an opportunity for you to serve your business. Over a particular time period after we onboarded, we run multiple marketing campaigns to get the results, even our sales team has convinced the customer to subscribe to your service.
Few came forward to raise the invoice for payment
When we were about to inform you of all the updates and results, you guys started denying us to serve for you and asking for a refund.
Being a single founder to the company and being a startup, we reached this stage after huge struggles and obstacles in the market.
When you asked for a refund, we were in a financial struggle, and our organization running without enough cash to issue the refund. Later after a week, we decided to shortlist your profile for a refund. When we were about to do this, we have seen this complaint shinning on the internet and the new customers who are about to onboard for our service, they started going back, rejecting our proposals, calls and not responding to our messages because of this negative post on the internet which really damaged us a lot. Thereafter our situation went so bad and our internal issues became huge. So, the refund has been kept postponed because of this reason which left us without any cash flow in the organization.
Even now also, we have happy to refund the amount and apologize for not satisfying you with the services, reach back to you once we reach the mark to serve you and we assure, we maintain a healthy long term relation with you.
Before I refund the amount to you, Please assure me that you delete the complaint permanently and make sure this post won't be available anywhere in the internet which really bringing a bad mark to us in the market

I have been working with salesinmarket team since 2019 and in fact I'm one of the marketing guy who dealed with your marketing campaigns.
We scheduled plenty of campaigns for your businesses and gathered huge result after investing with our associated.
As per the information I've got from Mr. Anand Naik and Executive team, when we about to give you the result, you guys are refusing the things and making all our efforts goes into the vain.
I also request to the legal department from this platform who comes into the picture to look into the issues.
As per the Global Solutions sales target, we brought the huge results and finally the things got spoiled just because of your delay.
To My Humble Request to the global solutions, If you have any issue, we have our internal legal team, you can file a case with [protected]@salesinmarket.com where they will look into the issue and resolve that.

Irony is team does not know which event was given for marketing. Only after we have posted our complain on this portal, we have received mail with name Sanjana and now this revert with name Mr. Suresh Nair. These two people are disowning Mr. Anand Naik.
As per the signed contract, SalesInMarket is obliged to refund our money on account of failure of marketing our events, for which Mr. Anand Naik have replied on WhatsApp chat that they do not have money. No official or legal team is coming forward, which as per our knowledge does not exist.
Mr. Anand Naik who was absconding till date is threating us for legal action that too on WhatsApp chat for removing this complain.
