Hi...I applied for a new pand card and made a payment of 379 through the Paytm. As soon as the amount was deducted from my account the web page disappeared and there was no transaction details provided. I have tried contacting you by raising a query on your page several times but I haven't received any response. hence I have now raised a cyber crime report. hope the justice is served. it's not about the amount only but also the fraudulent activities that you are doing to innocent people is wrong. you should be punished for it. I applied my pancard in the pancard.com customer code A4483407 and paid Rs.399 but i did not submit the application and documents. i want my amount refund.I think they are fraud and cheater. IT Cell should take action against such cheater. I request kindly help me in this regard.
