Hi...I applied for a new pand card and made a payment of 379 through the Paytm. As soon as the amount was deducted from my account the web page disappeared and there was no transaction details provided. I have tried contacting you by raising a query on your page several times but I haven't received any response. hence I have now raised a cyber crime report. hope the justice is served. it's not about the amount only but also the fraudulent...

I applied for my husband's Pan card correction and the money got debited from the account. But the payment page got stuck and didnt get refreshed. We didnt get any acknowledgement receipt for payment. no receipt, no id,
this is completely fraud site...

I'm applay pan card before 1 month. But not received acknowledgement number, receipt. This is fraud company....

For the online application of PAN Card this company has debited my payment of 379 rs two times and with no receipts or transaction id.No refund is being processed and also there is no response from the side of customer care.Also the receipt they have provided for the 2nd payement is not an accurate one..it is not having any transaction id....

Today I have made the online payment of RS-379/- to get the new PAN card. But after the payment successfully I didn't recieve the receipt.

Made payment, submitted application by post/ postal department delivery confirmed, but it is more than 10 days, status says application not received. Their phones are out of order/ chats are irresponsive, really a online fraud....

On-line services charges deducted. They mail me but not return, not any.

I have got no receipt or anything else.
I think I am a victim of a fraud....

I have made the online payment of RS-399/- to get the duplicate print of my PAN card. But after the payment successfully made online my account also debited than no receipt of payment is given by the company.
