Hello Sir,
I have applied for a new PAN card through https://www.thepancard.com made by Samanta Communications Pvt Ltd, chennai. I had fill up a form made by company website and paid an amount of 379/- through upi transaction. As soon as I completed the payment, the website page was no more and amount deducted from my account. I have got no receipt or anything else.
