Hello Sir,
I have applied for a new PAN card through https://www.thepancard.com made by Samanta Communications Pvt Ltd, Chennai. I had filled up a form made by the company website and paid an amount of 399/- through net banking. As soon as I completed the payment, the website page was no more and the amount was deducted from my account. I have got no receipt or anything else.
I think I am a victim of fraud.
